“I strive to create a safe space in which my clients can feel relaxed and heard. We live in a time of high stress and high demand. I want clients to feel that, in my office, they can stop and take a deep breath. They can feel like that is their precious, deserved time to focus inward on themselves. To feel heard and understood is a rare, but necessary thing as human beings. I hope to provide this to all of my clients.

I want acknowledge the strength and courage that it takes to seek help. When working with me, I take the time to build a solid therapeutic relationship by listening intently to what you are going through and where you are on your journey. It is very important that I highlight that this is your journey. You know yourself better than anyone else in this world. In therapy, we will work together to embrace your life and help you come home to yourself. We will discover the ways that old belief patterns have held you back from embracing your inner peace. We will learn how you can live peacefully regardless of if life is giving you struggle or celebration.”

Brooke enjoys hiking and backpacking, kayaking, yoga, meditation, and reading. When she is not at work, she can be found exploring nature with my dog and partner or meditating at the Durango Dharma Center. She is originally from Philadelphia, PA before moving to Asheville, NC, and eventually landing in Durango, CO in May 2018.
