Dear Community Partners:

I know the wheels of progress can seem either too slow or too fast… and sometimes, somehow, it can feel like things are simultaneously too slow and too fast! It has been over nine months since we launched rEvolve, this community newsletter. In some ways it feels like years ago, and in other ways it feels like just yesterday. Thank you for being connected with us through this newsletter.

rEvolve has been a tool for me to build relationships with you, our key community partners and stakeholders, while providing me a chance to share some important perspective about healthcare and available resources. Now that rEvolve has successfully launched, I will transition to just having CEO messages included when needed, allowing other highlights from our team to take center stage. Please know, however, that I continue to always be available to you for questions, ideas and connecting.

It is an honor and a privilege to be part of the communities of Southwest Colorado and to be the steward of Axis Health System. We find the world of healthcare continues to change fast, and our work here at Axis evolves quickly to respond on behalf of our patients and communities. rEvolve is a way we can keep our communities updated and connected. There is much that Axis has to offer, and the more we can share regarding our continuum of care options, the better. During my first year and a half as the Axis CEO, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many of you and the incredible work you do. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with you, working together to positively impact the quality of life of those we serve.
