    • Delayed opening – 9am: Dove Creek Integrated Healthcare
    • Delayed opening – 9am: Archuleta Integrated Healthcare
    • No delay – La Plata Integrated Healthcare
    • No delay – Columbine Behavioral Healthcare
    • No delay – Crossroads at Grandview
    • No delay – Corporate offices
    • No delay – All other clinic locations in Delta, Gunnison, Montrose, Ouray, Hinsdale, and San Miguel Counties remain open.
