Jason Immertreu, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Jason Immertreu is a board-certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Pagosa Springs Integrated Healthcare. Jason is a graduate of the University of Washington and completed his advanced/master’s degree in nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2014.

Jason enjoys working with various ages (late teens through older adults) and clinical presentations. His area of greatest experience is in working with ‘dual diagnosis’ (mental illness and substance use) patients.

Jason resides in Pagosa Springs and enjoys spending time tending to his hens and sheep and gardening during the few warm and sunny months that allow.
