Kevin Percy, PA-C

Kevin Percy, PA-C, is a physician assistant providing primary care at Axis Health System’s Cortez Integrated Healthcare location. He earned his Bachelor of Science and his physician assistant degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He supports patients with routine and ongoing healthcare needs, including preventive care, wellness visits, chronic condition management, medication follow-up, and care coordination.

Kevin is part of Axis’s primary care team, helping patients access practical, coordinated support for their physical health and overall well-being. His work reflects Axis’s commitment to accessible, whole-person care for individuals and families in Montezuma County and the surrounding region.

Philosophy & Approach

Kevin focuses on clear patient communication, steady follow-up, and care that fits each patient’s needs and goals. He works with patients to understand their concerns, explain next steps, and connect them with the right resources across Axis Health System when additional support is needed.

Kevin moved to Cortez from Colorado Springs. Outside of his practice, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, fly fishing, and wildlife photography. He also likes spending time with family and camping in the mountains. One of his favorite things about living and working in Southwest Colorado is the kindness of the people and the close community. Patients may be interested to know that Kevin volunteers doing medical mission work for children in Guatemala.
