Entzminger has experience treating individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. He utilizes evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Siller provides comprehensive care for individuals and families. She is accepting new patients of all ages. Siller’s practice is grounded in establishing trusting relationships by providing compassionate, whole-person healthcare. She began her nursing career at Anschutz Medical Center before transitioning to outpatient roles in pulmonology, breast cancer care, cardiology, psychiatry, and family practice. Siller earned her bachelor’s degree at Boston College, her master’s degree in nursing at Johns Hopkins University, and a nurse practitioner degree at the University of Colorado College of Nursing in 2024. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Durango, CO — Axis Health System (Axis) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Respite Care services at the Axis Regional Crisis Center in Durango, offering short-term support for individuals in a mental health crisis and relief for their caregivers. Southwest Colorado Mental Health Center, Inc. d/b/a Axis Health System (“Axis”) is providing notice of an incident that may affect some information of certain Axis patients. While we are unaware of any actual or attempted misuse of information in relation to this incident, we are providing details about the incident, our response, and resources available to help patients protect their information from possible misuse, should they determine it is appropriate to do so. What Happened? On August 26, 2024, Axis detected irregular activity within our computer network. In response, we immediately took steps to contain the incident and launched an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the activity. The investigation determined that between July 9, 2024 and September 4, 2024 an unknown, unauthorized actor gained access to certain computer systems and potentially accessed and/or acquired files stored on those computer systems. Axis is conducting a thorough review of the relevant files to determine what information was contained within the systems at the time of the event and to whom the information relates.
