This program is all about meeting you where you are, providing resources, education, and encouragement in a supportive group setting. Whether you’re ready to quit or just exploring your options, this program could be the fresh start you’ve been looking for.
Program Details
- When: Mondays, 12 PM – 1 PM
- Where: Cortez Integrated Healthcare, Conference Room A (691 E Empire St, Cortez, CO 81321)
- Format: A 6-week open group. Join at any time during the program.
- Who: Current Axis patients

If quitting feels overwhelming, that’s okay. This program emphasizes harm reduction, giving you the tools you need to make progress without the pressure of taking big leaps. - No Pressure to Set a Quit Date
Unlike traditional cessation programs, you don’t need to commit to a quit date right away. This group is focused on creating a supportive space where you can move at your own pace. - 6-Week Open Group
The flexible nature of this group means you can join at any time during the program. Miss a session? No problem. You’ll still benefit from the resources and support offered in each meeting.
