The Axis Regional Crisis Center – Montrose is evolving to meet the changing needs of our community. As Colorado transitions away from 3.2 Withdrawal Management (WDM) levels of care, we are proactively piloting a new 23-hour observation model to provide safe, timely, and clinically appropriate withdrawal support. This updated program ensures immediate stabilization, local access to care, and care coordination for individuals requiring extended withdrawal management services. With expanded treatment options, including Emergency Commitment admissions and enhanced safety planning, we are committed to improving outcomes for those in crisis. While medical detox services are not provided, we ensure referrals to appropriate hospital-based programs when needed. Axis Expands Psychiatry Team at Durango Integrated Healthcare

Durango, Colo. – Axis Health System is pleased to announce that Trevor Entzminger, PMHNP, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, is accepting new psychiatry patients at Durango Integrated Healthcare. Entzminger has experience treating individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. He utilizes evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Siller provides comprehensive care for individuals and families. She is accepting new patients of all ages. Siller’s practice is grounded in establishing trusting relationships by providing compassionate, whole-person healthcare. She began her nursing career at Anschutz Medical Center before transitioning to outpatient roles in pulmonology, breast cancer care, cardiology, psychiatry, and family practice. Siller earned her bachelor’s degree at Boston College, her master’s degree in nursing at Johns Hopkins University, and a nurse practitioner degree at the University of Colorado College of Nursing in 2024. Axis Health System Expands Mental Health Support with New Respite Care Services in Durango

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Durango, CO — Axis Health System (Axis) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Respite Care services at the Axis Regional Crisis Center in Durango, offering short-term support for individuals in a mental health crisis and relief for their caregivers.
