Medicaid Enrollment 2023

Take action today to start your Colorado Medicaid renewal process. 

Colorado is returning to normal renewal processes for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+). Check your email, mail, and PEAK inbox and take action when you get official messages. You can see your renewal date in PEAK at CO.gov/PEAK at any time.
